Cancellation Policy
Daily Suite Rental Policy Thank you for choosing The Suite Collection for your daily suite rental. To ensure a professional experience for all guests, please review the following policies: Booking & Payments - Full payment is required to secure your reservation. - Daily suite rentals are non-refundable. - If you need to cancel, we may allow a one-time reschedule to another available date with advance notice, subject to availability. Suite Care & Cleanliness - Renters are responsible for leaving the suite clean and orderly at the end of their booking. - All trash must be disposed of properly. - Counters, mirrors, chairs, sinks, and used areas should be wiped down. - All personal belongings, tools, and supplies must be removed. - The suite must be restored to the same condition it was in upon arrival.
